Our DDH Pales, which is hand-picked with Rakau and Waimea, has a taste intensity that we find affirmative but also relaxing. A beer that is not limited to the shortest measures by strength and good judgment, but a beer for long and long breaks. One of these breaks during our hop selection trip was the ferry from Picton - hours along the Sounds and across the sea.
