Once a year, we make this special variation of our most popular beer, just for Cleveland Beer Week. Inspired by our cold winters, we create a smoother roasted flavor and richer aroma by using a special very high quality dark-roasted European malt in place of the roasted barley in our stout brew. Cleveland Crusher Imperial Stout celebrates our heritage by capturing this type of ingenuity and inventiveness that has helped put our region on the map!
