Beer description
Brewed with German malts, hops, and yeast; this traditional German Lager is delightfully crisp and refreshing. Tettnang and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops, lend a beautiful German noble hop aroma. The abundance of German Vienna Malt and various German specialty malts give this beer an unmistakable German Lager quality. For this beer they use a lager yeast; meaning they ferment at a lower temperature for a longer period of time. After fermentation is complete, they then lager (condition) it for 3-4 weeks to let the flavors mellow out and blend together nicely.
