Fauve - Circuits de Conscience

Double IPA with a New England profile, brewed in collaboration with the Bièrothèque and Experimental Brewery teams. There were 8 of us on brew day, and we each chose our hops in the cold room. A super-intense DIPA DDH, with aromas reminiscent of a wide variety of fruits: passion fruit, mango, peach, red fruit, a touch of resin on the finish, in short... a must-taste!
