Brasserie de la Tete de Chou - Porter Fumé

Beneath its dark colour hides an unsuspected lightness and softness. Its nose reveals smoky and chocolatey aromas which are confirmed on the palate. They result from the use of a black malt (roasted) and a malt smoked with beech wood.
