Chou La Brune

A Belgian-inspired beer, it is rich and complex. Its composition (five malts, three hops and two yeasts) makes it a tasting beer par excellence. Its frank bitterness is balanced by a high alcohol content. There are roasted, caramelised and spicy notes. Its body is firm and full. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a nice cheese platter.
