Chou Fancy-fair A La Fraise

Strawberry Fancy Fair is a lager with a 6% strength. Marnaise strawberries from La Ferme De La Borde (Mardeuil) were used in its production. These strawberries have been carefully sorted and hulled to be transformed into strawberry puree, which is added during the fermentation of the beer. The result is a beer as sweet and light as a kiss. It contains no flavouring or colouring. The sugar from the strawberries has been completely consumed during fermentation. The sugar mouths will therefore not find their fill!
