Beer description
If there are two things we love at Mont Hardi, it's basil and Hoppy Road.
So when the time came to collaborate with the Nancy brewery, the idea of a basil recipe was born: Chimata, a sour inspired by the Basil Smash cocktail.
A low-alcohol base, a little rye for body, juniper berry to remind you of gin, lime for a kick and two varieties of basil: large green and lemon.
The result is as expected, with a slightly cereal base to remind us that we're drinking a beer, but an immense freshness and aromatic notes reminiscent of Basil Smash!
