Cherry Season is upon us! During our processing of sour pie cherries, we retained a portion of juice for this live barrel. Featuring a blend of sour blond, triple and quad ales aged in fouders and oak wine barrels for up to two years, Cherry Season finishes with a late infusion of fresh sour pie cherry juice and sumac. The blend is highlighted by aromas of toasted oak and soft lemon notes finishing with delicate flavors of sour pie cherries. Live barrel on 7/23/19.
