Introducing Gose, our next premiere beer offering created using a special strain of acidifying yeast. This is not only a tribute to tradition, but also a bold, modern interpretation of the style. Gose, although known and appreciated by beer lovers for years, has lived to see a whole new dimension with us. In keeping with tradition, we added a touch of salt to it, giving it a subtle, distinctive flavor. To give it character, we decided to add cherries and plums to Gose, making the beer blossom with fruity richness, but that's not all! We also enriched this composition with a delicate biscuit flavor.
