Beer description
People of the court, hear ye! We truly enjoy exploring traditional styles through modern crafting— and this braggot-style ale is a uniquely sweet reward. Our Bruers called on honey to guide fermentation before aging this ale for over 12 months in hand-selected bourbon barrels producing a sticky, honey sweetness swirling prominently among hints of caramel, spice, and oak character. Raise a glass of Chaucer’s Chalice. Huzzah!
