Browar Artezan - Château

The beer was filled into wine barrels imported from France immediately after fermentation. The 2021 version spent more than 24 months in oak barrels. The aroma shows notes of oak, red fruits and raisins. The fruit is complemented by vanilla on the palate. Wild yeasts and bacterial cultures give the Château a pleasant acidity and a soft character.
