Lord Chambray - Sylvia

This is Sylvia, a citrus pale ale brewed with orange and lemon peel and enriched by a generous hopping that gives notes of stone fruits, tropical fruits, berries and citrus. A touch of exotica and aroma is given by the local eucalyptus honey added at the end of fermentation.
