Beer description
Inspired by the American school, it contains 25% wheat malt in its composition, which gives the beer a cloudy appearance, a light color and a slightly velvety body. With little sweetness, however, just enough to make up for the 25 IBU bitterness. To achieve intense citrus flavors, four different hop additives are added, producing two dry hops. These properties, added to 4.5% ABV, make Zephyr an aromatic, light and refreshing beer.
