In order to produce a Quad-IPA, it is important to master the "training" of the yeast and to create a grain base that hides the strength of the beer and at the same time provides the drinkability characteristic of IPAs. And since these are test limits, we decided to split an absurd load of very fresh hops into 5 different dry hops (QDH).
