We recommend playing a Jimmy Hendrix album before opening your can. At the start of the journey, the cloudy yellow color of this NE DIPA is distorted with unexpected flavors of wood, bourbon and coconut. Fruits like Soursop and Cupuaçu also appear in the bouquet. On the palate, sour fruits seem to balance out the residual sweetness typical of NE DIPA.
