Beer description
Brewed July 2016, bottled September 2017. We took our 3 brands that all use varying levels of last years’ hop crop (all our other beers use aged hops) and blended them equally just to see what would happen. The result was far beyond our expectations as the beer delivers signature elements of each of these brands in a very luscious way. We actually considered putting this beer in the 2018 Ale Club, but felt that the story wasn’t exciting enough. So, it’s a surprisingly happy ending to a rather off-handed experiment!
