Spontaneous, sour
Fermentation
Beer description
At The Bruery we're easily-inspired and on this project, curiosity led the way. Castle Magic is an ale brewed with Tempranillo Grapes using the Pied de Cuve method. A cross between native and spontaneous fermentation - essentially the sourdough starter method of fermentation. The resulting ale is a grape forward ale that blurs the lines of beer and wine.
