Cascade - Porter-Pourri

Porter-pourri is a blend of sour blond and spiced porter ales aged for over two years in oak wine barrels with a late infusion of rose hips, rose petals and hibiscus. The blend features hints of roasted malt and spice with the added complexity of strawberries, pomegranates and dried cranberries from the infusion.
