Cascade Brewery - Lager

Cascade "Blue", as it is called, is a refreshing lager beer with a sharp, fresh character, fruity notes and balanced hop bitterness. Double malted with a high proportion of light malt and a touch of dark crystal malt, it is light golden in color. Easy to drink and refreshing, Blue's full body is complemented by crunchy hop notes from locally grown Pride of Ringwood hops.
