Aged 16 months in American oak, this showcase for lactic fermentation & American oak features bright, tart oak and wood vanillin in the nose. Tart lactic acid and a creamy wood softness dance on the palate, leading to a slightly tart, grainy citrus note with a lingering American oak finish.
