Beer description
This NW-style sour beer mixes wheat and blonde beers that were aged in oak barrels for six months and then served on fresh blueberries for an additional four months. Huge herbal notes of dense blueberries on the nose give way to a hint of oak and a dusty floral note. Rich earthy notes of dark fruits on the palate lead to a tart finish that dries out to a base note of blueberry skins.
