Kane Brewing - Carousel House

Carousel House, inspired by the historic carousel building in Asbury Park, was hopped in the whirlpool with Hallertau Blanc, then dry-hopped with a heavy dose of Nelson Sauvin and a little more Hallertau Blanc. ⁣ ⁣ The combination of German Hallertau Blanc with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin brings flavors of orange citrus preserves, creamsicle, and tropical sweet fruit with a low bitterness and clean finish.⁣
