In 2024, the Wittmann SpezialitätenWerkstatt presents a mild cellar beer with a particularly smooth flavour and an exceptional aroma. Unfiltered and with three classic hop additions in the brewhouse, it is given a special finish in its final days of storage at 2 °C by the aroma hop Comet. The fine, hoppy and fruity flavour of Carla Comet is immediately noticeable when it is poured into the glass. The elegant malt character harmonises perfectly with the accentuated bitterness. Carla Comet is a cellar beer with 4.2% alcohol and, like all Wittmann beers, was brewed using only local, Bavarian ingredients. Naturally in accordance with the Purity Law of 1516. From the beginning of May 2024, it will be available from well-stocked drinks retailers in 24 x 0.33 l returnable crates - as always, only while stocks last.
