Rewort Brewery - Caramel Delight

Did you know that the best things in the world often happen by accident? Take alcohol for example - our distant ancestor accidentally picked up fermented fruit, ate it and realised that it was good. It's been going on ever since. It's the same with everything else - there's a lot of beautiful things that are based on coincidence. Well, if forty years ago confectioner Henri Le Run had not decided to add Breton salted butter to another dessert, then we would not have seen salted caramel, as if we had never seen it! But now the whole world revels in this incredible combination of incongruous flavours. Of course, we couldn't resist the magic of salted caramel and brewed a classic porter with a colossal amount of caramel! What did we get? Concentrated joy, elegantly tinged with burnt and caramel malts. And we called it simply - Caramel Delight. Because, brother Henri, your invention is pure delight! Respect from all our caramel souls.
