Beer description
This copper colored hybrid lager is a nod to their ancestors who just couldn't stand to take "no refrigeration" for an answer. Fermented with lager yeast closer to ale fermentation temperatures, they have the nice crisp finish of our beloved lagers with a touch of extra complexity from the warmer fermentation. A moderate amount of American hops balance the unique malt profile for a delicious style created right here in the USA.
