Orca - Canadian Goose

Classic Gose mixed with blackcurrant, maple syrup and tonka bean. A crazy-sounding creation, but in the end it fits together very well and creates a beautiful harmony. Delicately tart, fruity and fresh. Add to this the sweet and tart taste of the tonka bean, which is reminiscent of vanilla, almonds and caramel. A beautiful harmony with the fruity, fresh note of redcurrant. The maple syrup is in the background and gives pleasantly tart notes. The use of salt makes it fresh and gives the rather lean beer a fuller body. The mineral note rounds everything off a little and adds character.
