The Hop Gun by Camba Bavaria is a chestnut-colored brown ale, very fruity, reminiscent of peach and Amarena cherries. Even fine caramel notes can be seen. Very light and sparkling with a slight hops bitterness. In 2017, Cambas new production facility was completed and opened in Chiemgau in Upper Bavaria, more precisely in Seeon am Chiemsee. A state-of-the-art brewery has been created in Seeon with great attention to detail: All aspects, such as the selection of materials and matching furniture, the use of natural light and the creation of a pleasant indoor climate with a view to the outdoors, are part of the planning consideration. The expandable 40 hl brewhouse with the connected fermentation and storage cellar forms the heart of the company headquarters. Used as a production site for Camba Bavaria and as an exhibition space for BrauKon, it combines both companies - a decisive advantage in terms of communication, logistics and know-how transfer.
