Brewmaster Tobias Huber's creation is a straw-blonde sour beer - refreshing, tangy and lean with a subtle sour note of passion fruit. Our Bärliner Sour is tart, refreshing, lean, low in alcohol, barely bitter and has a scent of stone fruit and tropical fruit - all within the purity law, without the addition of fruit or syrup. A beary beer named after our capital, the origin of Berliner Weisse and Berlin's emblem - the bear.
