Camba - Black Shark

World Beer Adward Winner 2022, Category: IPA Camba Bavaria has brewed with the Black Shark a top-fermented strong beer, also called Imperial Black IPA. The Black Shark is very rare, compared to the normal IPA it is brewed with even more hops. When pouring into the glass, the Black Shark shows through a deep black color. The foam is compact and in a cappuccino color. An intense scent of notes of rhubarb, gooseberry and peach pours into the nose. The first sip looks strong and creamy. After a short time dominate the roasted aromas in the mouth in conjunction with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. The aftertaste is rounded off by long-lasting and clearly noticeable bitterness with harmonious licorice tones.
