Camba - Simcoe Weisse

The hops play a secondary role in classic wheat beer. The Camba Bavaria sees things differently. In the Simcoe Weissen, the Chiemgau brewery relies on the aroma of the American flavor hop Simcoe, complementing the classic banana aroma with passion fruit and resinous notes. Not only the beer creations from Camba are worth tasting, the new mold headquarters in Seeon am Chiemsee is also definitely worth a visit. A state-of-the-art brewery was created in Seeon with great attention to detail: all aspects, such as the selection of materials and matching furniture as well as the use of natural light and the creation of a pleasant indoor climate with a view of the outside, are part of the planning consideration. The expandable 40 hl brewhouse with the attached fermentation and storage cellar is the heart of the company headquarters. Camba Bavaria has been brewing its beers at the new location in Seeon since 2016. Classic beers, international craft beers and barrel-aged specialties see the light of day there.
