Beer description
For this beer specialty, the Camba Imperial Stout was stored for six months in a Rémy Martin French Limousine Cognac barrel. Deep black with a creamy foam, the nose is initially rich in intense aromas of cocoa and freshly baked farmhouse bread, while on the palate, a harmoniously warming ensemble of strong dark chocolate and distinctive cognac note, reminiscent of a French praline. A balance of complex cocoa and chocolate flavors with subtle and harmonious bitterness forms the rounded finale. Unfiltered dark ale-lager pure top-fermented yeast with roasted and bitter chocolate taste Main and secondary fermentation in a closed fermentation and storage tank, matured in the Remy Martin cognac barrel made of French limousine oak brewed according to the recipe of brewmaster Eric Toft from the Schönramer brewery.
