With the Wheat-Love X-Treme, master brewer Christian Kull has created a bright wheat beer. The secret is in the malts. Only light malts have been used. When using the hop varieties Tradition, Tettnanger and Jaryllo, wheat malt, carared, sour malt and melanoidin were used in addition to wheat beer yeast. The alcohol content is 6.8% vol. A glowing straw-colored beer shimmers towards us in the glass. Covered with a creamy, white foam crown, light banana flavors with honey nuances and fruity components flow towards it. You can also hear the wonderful malt and a grassy note. In addition to the fruity notes such as banana and pear, grassy and floral aromas can also be perceived on arrival.
