Beer description

Rye is known to be used mostly in baked goods, but has also historically been used in distilling gins and whiskey, and now, brewing beer. The addition of this nutritious flaked grain is most noticeable at the finish, providing an overall complexity to the beer that’s refreshing, spicy, and crisp. The company use the Simcoe and Galaxy hops at the beginning of the boil, and add them Galaxy and Simcoe a second time at the dry-hopping stage to draw out their distinct aromas.
