Butcher's Tears Grainiac

Six types of special grains form the regrind of this refreshingly complex, oxymoron-deficient pale stout. Contrary to common knowledge, the stouts were not always black and belonged to the Porter family. Grainiac has the fullness and bitter finish that you would expect from a stout as it pours a cloudy, bright orange color that lifts the expectation. Soft peach and apricot top notes give way to a delicate malt sweetness, followed by oats, rye and spelled along fruity esters and a velvety mouthfeel. Brewed with barley malt, oat, rye, spelled and wheat malt and corn. Cooked extensively to dispel all hop aromas that distract from enjoyment.
