Beer description
To celebrate our first birthday, we brewed our first Triple IPA. A simple malt base made from Extra Hell, wheat and oats gave us a spice that was then dry-hopped in the Citra Cryo whirlpool and over three stages with a mixture of Citra BBC, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus BBC. Bottom up!
