Oskar Blues - Burnt Beard Brown Ale

Collaboration with Thirsty Monk. Four of our bartenders from different Thirsty Monk locations collaborated on a brew with Oskar Blues to produce this small batch one off. Using the base recipe of Dales the team created a session-able Brown Ale by adding various specialty malts to enhance the richness and depth of the beer.
