Beer description
For the final Rainbow Project decided to go big and then go home! The first runnings from two mashes were combined in one copper and boiled with East Kent Goldings. After primary fermentation the beer was aged in Sauterne wine barrels with a gentle Bretanomyces strain and vanillia pods. The result - a preposterous, decadent and very, very tasty barley wine!
