Beer description
Have you ever thought about the food preferences of a particular region? Sometimes familiar foods from our everyday diet are perceived quite differently as ingredients for beer.
Together with our good friends and craftsmen from HopHead, we decided to declare our love for such gastronomic delights as mushrooms. A generous harvest of freshly picked chanterelles was used at all stages of production: from adding decoction in the brewing process to aging the beer on mushroom brunoise during fermentation. Of course, we did not do without carefully selected spices, which complemented the mushroom base and brought the gose to a whole new gastronomic level.
