The newest addition to Ambient Terrain Rustic Lager Series finds us celebrating the intrepid spirit of Ohio. Brewed in collaboration with Jackie O’s Brewing and Haus Malts, this fusion lager rests bravely outside the comfort of any known style guideline, yet still manages to impart a warm embrace upon the soul, for at it’s heart, it is founded upon a deep respect for the gifts of land. Mashed with 100% Ohio grown and malted barley, oats and triticale before being decocted, fermented cool, spunded for natural carbonation and lagered patiently.
