Brewed in collaboration with the ever inspirational Jester King and their local craft malt comrades Blacklands Malt, this strong lager is the perfect companion for long, cold winter nights at fireside. Step mashed with “Brown Field” Munich, “True” Pilsner and custom Pecan Smoked Malt. Decocted, boiled extensively and fermented on Texas Wildflower Honey for refined notes of candied nuts, warm tobacco, maple strawberry reduction and date infused Scotch.
