Beer description
A medium strength ale with as much flavor as possible. Mainly using the much-loved Maris Otter and Light Munich Malts for extra body with wheat malt for a creamy head that lines the glass. The generous use of Saaz, Cascade, and Galaxy hops creates herbal and tropical fruit flavors, but with enough bitterness to be comparable to an IPA.
