Aromas of gooseberry, passion fruit, spices and green grapes and peppers. Golden in color and rounded with mead of Danish honey. The taste is fresh like a pearly white wine with a bittersweet aftertaste. Brewed on Pilsnermalt and Nelson Sauvin hops as well as Danish, chic mead from old Chardonnay white wine bourgogne.
