Brussels Beer Project - Just Play

JUST PLAY, our new beer of the month, has both the aromatic punch of a NEIPA and the balance of a sweet-bitter profile of German lagers and powerful West Coast IPAs. We used a less conventional malt that has some biscuit and rye malt in it, resulting in a soft, amber, biscuit-like, and clearer beer. The hops with Citra & Azacca, but also Colombus & Centennial give us a familiar tropical and citrus-like aroma, but also a pine-like West Coast feeling and a refreshing earthy & bitter finish!
