This New England IPA combines the iconic Galaxy hop with new experimental varieties, HBC 1019 and USDA 008, bringing bold notes of stone fruit, melon, citrus, and a hint of earthy grassiness to balance the sweetness. As if that wasn’t enough, this brew is our first Gluten Reduced NEIPA (to under 20ppm – testing underway!), making it more accessible for everyone to enjoy.
