Brussels Beer Project - Brewer’s Edition - Dark Fruit Sour

Summer is almost over, but don’t worry, because there’s our Brewer’s Edition of September to look forward to, the Dark Fruited Sour! It’s the perfect beer to help ease you out of summer and into fall. Its generous addition of raspberry puree provides loads of juicy, berry aroma, which in combination with the darker malts, brings out a deep, rich fruit flavour. The Hallertau Mittelfruh gives a light bitterness and at 4.5% with a nice refreshing tartness, it’s very crushable!
