Fauve - Brume Estivale

October... The coming autumn... Its bewitching colors... Falling leaves... Fog... and also a new Fauve Double IPA, "Brume Estivale"! As you know, we love hops at Fauve, very much. We also like to pay tribute to hop-producing countries. Having recently brewed 3 beers with 100% New Zealand hops, this time we're traveling to Australia - not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 different varieties! We've already worked on some. Now we're discovering others. The cocktail is just diiiiious. Thanks to you, Australia! We also indulged ourselves with the yeast. Yummy. We picked up a London Fog liquid yeast from White Labs. It accentuates the beer's smooth texture and intense aroma. In short, it should please you. Finally, "Fog" = Mist, and for us, Australia means summer. That's how we came up with "Brume Estivale", simple, basic. Effective, good.
