The new West Coast IPA has managed to perfectly preserve its unmistakable drier base, high but not unpleasant bitterness and subtle citrus flavour. In order to maintain this profile, a strong pair of hops - CRYO Talus and CRYO Simcoe with the addition of the Falconers Flight hop blend, which is created directly on the West Coast IPA and contains 8 American hops ! The flavour and aroma are distinctly citrusy, especially the grapefruit, with pleasantly noticeable floral notes.
