Another release of the well-known and appreciated Baltic Porter with Palo Santo and coconut, this time in a Bourbon Barrel Age edition. The beer was brewed in 2020 using our finest base and specialty malts. There was a range of caramel, roasted and chocolate malts. After a long lagering, it went into Bourbon barrels in January 2021. During up to two years of lagering, it acquired notes of fine alcohol, wood, smoke and coconut. Before bottling, we infused it with toasted Palo Santo wood and roasted coconut. Wake-up Call is an Imperial Baltic Porter style beer, brewed in 2020 using the best range of base malts, as well as special caramel, roasted and chocolate malts, which are responsible for the rich and complex structure of this beer. This is another edition with additions of toasted Palo Santo wood and roasted coconut, this time lagered in bourbon barrels. After a year of lagering, the beer went into Old Forester barrels for 2 years, where it took on refined alcoholic notes, hints of barrel wood, smoky notes and coconut. After bottling, the beer was infused with the aforementioned additives, which gave the beer an unusual coconut composition that changes its colours with every sip.
