Browar Stu Mostów - Dreamlight Voyage

Dreamlight Voyage is a Double IPA style beer, double cold hopped with Galaxy and Mosaic varieties, both in pellet form and in Spectrum hop extract form, which together created a complex and extremely richly flavoured fruity beer. A delicately perceptible bitterness underpins the fullness of flavour encapsulated in notes of tropical fruits, white grapes, and stonefruit. The entire beer was then fermented with a selected yeast strain from Canada's Escarpment Labs, prepared in collaboration with Lalemand.
